About this plan

Most of these men were not heroes when God found them. Moses made excuses, Gideon was hiding, David fell hard and Peter denied Jesus. The plan reads their stories honestly, failures included, and shows what God did with men who turned back to Him. Joseph says no to temptation, Boaz treats a widow with honor, Nehemiah prays and then builds, and Daniel keeps praying when it could cost him his life.

The last two weeks turn to Jesus and the letters: Jesus facing temptation, anger and lust in the Sermon on the Mount, the towel in the upper room, Peter’s fall and restoration, and Paul’s words to husbands, fathers and workers in Ephesians and Colossians. Each day takes about 4–5 minutes. Read it alone, with a friend, or with a men’s group that meets once a week.

How to keep going

Questions

Which men of the Bible are in this plan?

Adam, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Gideon, Samson, Boaz, David and Jonathan, Solomon, Nehemiah, Daniel, Joseph of Nazareth, Peter, Paul and Timothy, and in the last two weeks Jesus Himself.

How long does each day take?

About 4–5 minutes: one chapter on most days, two on some. Each day has a title, so you know what you are reading and why.

Is this plan good for a men’s group?

Yes. Read the same day at home and meet weekly to talk about that week’s men: what they got right, where they failed, and what God did with them. Share the link; each man’s place is saved on his own phone.
