The Bible story

The Walls of Jericho

God told Joshua to march around Jericho with the priests carrying the ark and blowing rams’ horns, once a day for six days and seven times on the seventh day. When the horns sounded a long blast, all the people gave a great shout, and the wall collapsed.

So when the rams’ horns sounded, the people shouted. When they heard the blast of the horn, the people gave a great shout, and the wall collapsed. Then all the people charged straight into the city and captured it.
— Joshua 6:20 (BSB)
