The Bible story
Daniel in the Lions’ Den
Daniel prayed to God three times a day at his window, even after the king signed a law against it. His enemies reported him, and he was thrown into a den of lions. In the morning King Darius found him unharmed, because God had shut the lions’ mouths.
My God sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, for I was found innocent in His sight.
