The Bible story
The Garden of Eden
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. In six days He made light and sky, land and sea, plants and trees, the sun, moon and stars, fish, birds and every kind of animal, and last of all people. Then the LORD God planted a garden in Eden, full of trees that were lovely to look at and good for food.
And God looked upon all that He had made, and indeed, it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.
