The Bible story

Jesus with Mary and Martha

Jesus visited the home of two sisters, Martha and Mary. Martha was busy with all the preparations, while Mary sat at the Lord’s feet listening to Him. When Martha complained, Jesus told her gently that Mary had chosen the good portion.

She had a sister named Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to His message.
