Rebuild the Wall
Jerusalem’s wall lies in ruins. Tap to drop each stone right on top of the last. Whatever hangs over the edge falls away. Can you build it in fifty-two days?
One tap · Tap, click or press space
How to play
A stone slides back and forth above the wall. Tap anywhere (or press the space bar) to drop it. The part that lines up with the stone below stays; the part that hangs over falls off, so the next stone is smaller. Drop it exactly on top for a “Perfect”. Three perfects in a row and the stone grows back a little.
The story
Then I said to them, “You see the trouble we are in. Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned down. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, so that we will no longer be a disgrace.”Nehemiah 2:17 (BSB)
So the wall was completed in fifty-two days, on the twenty-fifth of Elul.Nehemiah 6:15 (BSB)
Nehemiah’s people worked side by side, each family building the part of the wall nearest its own home. A good question after a round: what is God asking us to build, one stone at a time?
