1. Agreement

Welcome to Scriptorium: Illustrated Bible (the "App"), a daily Bible reading app published under the Our Bible Moments brand by SimpleDuo Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. The service

The App offers reading journeys through the Bible. Each day has a short passage from the Berean Standard Bible (public domain), word for word, with a note and a prayer, and an illustrated scene the reader paints. Finished scenes are collected into a book on the reader's device. The App shows no advertising.

3. Premium & purchases

• Premium Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the same benefits for the lifetime of the App. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Premium benefits: every day of every journey, and the Detailed painting level. The first days of every journey are free with or without Premium.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the App. The App's artwork, animations, music and design are ours; the Scripture text is public domain. Pictures, videos and PDFs you make from your own paintings are yours to keep, print and share for personal, non-commercial use.

5. No guarantees

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Your progress and paintings are stored on your device only and may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is changed; we are not liable for such loss.
