1. What is free, and what does Premium open?

Every journey starts free: the first 14 days of The Life of Jesus and the first 3 days of each other journey, with the Easy and Standard levels. Premium opens every day of every journey and the Detailed level. Premium is a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

2. Which Bible translation does Scriptorium use?

The Berean Standard Bible (BSB), which is in the public domain, word for word. Passages are never paraphrased or reworded, and all of them ship inside the app.

3. How do I cancel the trial or my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so cancelling is done there, not inside the app:

• Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions
• Select Scriptorium, then cancel or change plan

To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then open the app → Me → Restore purchases (it is also at the bottom of the Premium screen). Both the yearly subscription and the Lifetime purchase restore this way.

5. Why didn’t a finished scene come alive?

Not every scene has an animation; those that don’t end with the finished painting and its music. Animations are downloaded the first time you finish a scene, so they need an internet connection that once. If one didn’t play, open the page again in My Bible and tap Replay when you are online.

6. Where are my paintings kept?

On your device only. Nothing you read, paint, underline or write is uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them (your device backup may keep a copy). In this version they are not synced between devices, so export your book if you want to keep it somewhere else.

7. How do I export or share my book?

Open My Bible and tap Export as PDF to save, print or send the whole book. To share one page, open it and tap Share: choose a picture, or a short video in which the scene comes alive.

8. How do I change the name on my bookplate?

Open Me and tap the bookplate at the top.

9. How do the reminders work?

If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules one quiet notification on your device at the time you choose. Turn it off in Me or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Scriptorium.
