What gets deleted

The only thing these apps can send us is feedback you chose to submit from Settings → Feedback: the message you wrote, an email address if you supplied one, and basic technical context (app version, operating system, device model, language). On request we delete all of it — both the stored record and the copy in our support mailbox — within 30 days.

If you never write to us, we hold nothing about you at all. Feedback we do hold is deleted automatically after 24 months in any case.

What we cannot delete, and why

• Purchases and subscriptions — handled entirely by Apple and Google. We never receive your payment details, and the transaction records belong to them. Manage those in the App Store or Google Play.
• Server access logs — standard web-server entries (IP, user agent, timestamp) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized. They are not tied to your identity.

There is no account to delete

None of these apps have sign-up or login, so there is no account to close. Your progress, reflections, and preferences are stored only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them, and we never had a copy.
