Selah is a quiet daily prayer companion. We do not require an account, we do not show ads, we do not collect your name, email, or location, and your prayer list, examen journal entries, and answered-prayer wall stay on your device.
The only third parties involved are:

This policy covers both the iOS app (Selah: Daily Prayer, bundle com.simpleduo.Selah) and the Android app (Selah: Daily Prayer, package com.simpleduo.selah).
We collect only the minimum technical information needed to operate the app:
We do not collect: your name, email, phone, precise or approximate location (other than what an IP implies), advertising ID, contact list, photos, microphone, or any text you type into the app.
Selah does not show advertising of any kind. There is no ad SDK in the app, no remarketing, no behavioral retargeting, and no advertising identifier is read.
Selah is free to use; today's prayer and its audio are always free. An optional Premium upgrade unlocks the full archive of past prayers and is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Google receives the payment information. We receive only the purchase token, product ID, and subscription state needed to unlock features and prevent abuse.

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. Apple receives the payment information. We receive only the StoreKit transaction identifiers needed to unlock features.
Manage or cancel anytime in: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Uninstalling the app removes this local data (subject to your device's backup settings).
To deliver each day's prayer, the app makes anonymous HTTPS requests to feed.ourbiblemoments.com to fetch a manifest, plus the associated artwork (JPG / WebP) and audio (M4A) files. These requests:

Server access logs and purchase verification records are retained only as long as needed for entitlement, support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting requirements (typically up to 12 months), after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable technical safeguards but no transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent local age of digital consent). If a child has somehow provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because we collect almost no personal data directly, there is usually little for us to provide. If you believe we hold information about you (typically: limited server log entries or support email correspondence), email hello@ourbiblemoments.com to request access or deletion. We respond within 30 days.
Our service providers may operate in multiple countries. We take reasonable steps to safeguard any information processed cross-border, in accordance with this policy.
If we materially change this policy we will update this page and bump the "Effective" date. Significant changes to data practices will be announced in-app.
