Bible Path is a Scripture-journey game with quizzes, word, and jigsaw puzzles, offered with an optional one-time Premium in-app purchase. We do not require an account, we do not collect your name, email, or location, the App does not display advertising, and your progress stays on your device.

This policy covers both the iOS app (Bible Path) and the Android app (Bible Path, package com.simpleduo.BiblePath).
We collect only the minimum technical information needed to operate the App:
We do not collect: your name, email, phone, precise or approximate location (other than what an IP implies), advertising ID, contact list, photos, microphone, or any text you type into the App.
Bible Path does not display in-app advertising and does not include any advertising SDK. We do not collect your advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), and we do not run remarketing or behavioral tracking.
The App offers an optional one-time Premium upgrade (product ID biblepath_premium_v1) that unlocks the full content.
The purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Google receives the payment information. We receive only the purchase token, product ID, and acknowledgment state needed to unlock features and prevent abuse.

The purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store. Apple receives the payment information. We receive only the StoreKit transaction identifiers needed to unlock features.
To request a refund or review your purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Uninstalling the App removes this local data (subject to your device's backup settings).
We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited sharing:
Server access logs and purchase verification records are retained only as long as needed for entitlement, support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting requirements (typically up to 12 months), after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable technical safeguards but no transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is suitable for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent local age of digital consent). If a child has somehow provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Because we collect almost no personal data directly, there is usually little for us to provide. If you believe we hold information about you (typically: limited server log entries or support email correspondence), email hello@ourbiblemoments.com to request access or deletion. We respond within 30 days.
Our service providers may operate in multiple countries. We take reasonable steps to safeguard any information processed cross-border, in accordance with this policy.
If we materially change this policy we will update this page and bump the "Effective" date. Significant changes to data practices will be announced in-app.
