1. Agreement

Welcome to Sparrow: Bible Verse Widgets (the "App"), a daily Bible verse and widget app published under the Our Bible Moments brand by SimpleDuo Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. The service

The App shows a daily Bible verse — in the app and on Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets — from the King James Version of the Bible (public domain), word for word. Every verse is free. The App shows no advertising.

3. Premium & purchases

• Premium Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the same benefits for the lifetime of the App. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Premium benefits: all widget themes and all verse collections. Scripture itself is free with or without Premium.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the App. The App's designs and artwork are ours; the Scripture text itself is public domain.

5. No guarantees

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Favorites and preferences are stored on your device only and may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is changed; we are not liable for such loss.
