1. How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel or change a plan:

If you started a 7-day free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and will not be charged.

2. How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. Then open Selah → Settings → Subscription → Restore (if you have an active subscription). Lifetime purchases restore automatically on first launch with the same Apple ID.

3. Today's prayer didn't load — why?

Selah fetches the daily prayer from our content feed on first launch each day. If today's prayer is not appearing:

After the prayer has loaded once, audio is cached locally so you can listen offline.

4. How do I clear cached audio or reset the app?

Selah caches downloaded audio files (~50KB each) on your device so you can listen offline. To free up space:

To fully reset the app, uninstall and reinstall from the App Store. All on-device data (intercessions, examen entries, streaks) will be removed — there is no cloud backup, so this is permanent.

5. Is my prayer data private?

Yes, completely. Selah collects no user data. Everything you write — intercession names, examen reflections, streaks — stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics SDK, no third-party trackers, and no advertising.
