Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Welcome to Daily Bible Games: Word & Quiz (the "App"), a daily Bible puzzle game published under the Our Bible Moments brand by SimpleDuo Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you installed on iOS, you also agree to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if you installed from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

2. The service

The App provides four daily Bible puzzles built from the King James Version of the Bible (public domain). All of each day's puzzles are free to play; the free experience includes advertising.

3. Premium & purchases

• Premium Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your store account (Apple ID on iOS, Google account on Android). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store's subscription settings (iOS Settings → Subscriptions, or the Google Play Store → Subscriptions).
• Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the same benefits for the lifetime of the App.
• Premium benefits: no ads, the full past-puzzle archive, streak repair, and the full weekly report.
• Refunds are handled by the app store (Apple or Google) under their standard policies.

4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the App or its content. Puzzle data and artwork are ours or licensed to us; the Scripture text itself is public domain.

5. No guarantees

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Streaks, scores and progress are stored on your device only and may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is changed; we are not liable for such loss.
