1. Agreement

Welcome to Bible Movies: Watch the Bible (the "App"), a Scripture film app published under the Our Bible Moments brand by SimpleDuo Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. The service

The App presents Scripture on film: cinematic episodes that follow the Bible chapter by chapter, and a library of short films indexed by life situation. On-screen verse text is drawn from the Berean Standard Bible (public domain), word for word; narration is our own presentation of the passage. All short films and Episode 1 are free. The App shows no advertising.

3. Premium & purchases

• Premium Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting the same benefits for the lifetime of the App, including future episodes. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Premium benefits: every episode beyond Episode 1, plus new episodes as they are released. All short films and Episode 1 remain free with or without Premium.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

4. Fair use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, and not to download, capture, redistribute, or publicly perform its films outside the App. The films, artwork, and narration are ours; the Scripture text itself is public domain. Episode streams are authorized per-device with short-lived tokens; circumventing this authorization is prohibited.

5. No guarantees

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Episode streaming requires an internet connection, and availability may occasionally be interrupted. Watch progress and favorites are stored on your device only and may be lost if the App is uninstalled or the device is changed; we are not liable for such loss.
