Welcome to Bible Jigsaw Puzzle (the "App"), a Bible-themed jigsaw game published under the Our Bible Moments brand and operated by SimpleDuo Studio ("we," "us," "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the store from which you obtained the App.

The App is free to download and play. We display in-app advertisements (via Google AdMob) to support the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for how AdMob data is handled.
Optional in-app purchases unlock Premium features, including an ad-free experience and additional artwork. Premium is offered in three forms:
Actual prices, durations, and any introductory offers (e.g. free trial) are displayed on the in-app paywall before purchase and follow the local currency and tax rules of your store account.
If you choose a monthly or annual subscription:
Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Bible Jigsaw Puzzle → Cancel subscription. Or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select Bible Jigsaw Puzzle → Cancel Subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not process refunds directly.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. You may also be able to self-serve a refund from the Order history page within 48 hours of purchase. For subscription refunds, contact us first at hello@ourbiblemoments.com and we will assist where possible.

The Lifetime purchase unlocks Premium features for the operational lifetime of the App as offered by us, on the store account that made the purchase. It is non-transferable, and it does not guarantee perpetual availability of every third-party service, future store, or future device. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve Premium access for Lifetime owners across reasonable App evolution.
The App does not require registration. Your purchase entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account by Apple/Google. To restore previous purchases on a new device, sign in to the same store account and use the in-app Restore Purchases button.
The App allows you to import your own photos to create personal puzzles. Such photos are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any photos you import, and that they do not infringe any third party's rights and are not illegal, harmful, or offensive. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your imported photos.
The App and all original content — including puzzle assets, code, design, trademarks, and the Our Bible Moments brand — are owned by or licensed to SimpleDuo Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Public-domain Christian artwork used in puzzles remains public domain; selection, curation, and presentation of that artwork is ours. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any proprietary App content without our written consent.
The App integrates Google AdMob (advertising), Apple StoreKit (iOS purchases), and Google Play Billing (Android purchases). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what is described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SIMPLEDUO STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (THROUGH THE STORE) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or by the store's refund policy.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
